Challenge

Administrative departments spend countless hours answering employees' questions. Often redundant, these questions are often answered in administrative documents such as contracts, company agreements, internal regulations or collective agreements.
To save administrative teams valuable time and boost their productivity, we created and implemented the Equancy Assistant application, on a dedicated Gen AI Tool Protal AND on Microsoft Teams, which uses generative AI based on internal administrative data to provide informative support to employees. The chatbot also enables employees to get answers faster.
