Challenge

We are supporting the Nespresso teams in the creation of a demand and knowledge base management tool: the Nespresso POD (Project On Demand). This tool enables employees to submit a structured brief to the central digital teams and to follow the validation and development process. 
In order to facilitate the search for projects in an exponentially growing knowledge base, the Nespresso teams have opted for an additional service using Generative AI, which, when the brief is submitted, identifies whether similar projects have already been proposed and developed.

The main objectives are

    Centralise and standardise all of the Group's digital innovation requests

  2. 02.

    Facilitate the search for existing projects within Nespresso and Nestlé to rationalise the number of projects to be processed.

    Improve and accelerate the process for handling and prioritising new digital projects
