Challenge
Our client, the group Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs, requested help to implement an infrastructure reconnecting multi-channel data while supporting large data volumes. The challenge was to define and roll-out case studies to all internal teams: CRM, Web products, Call centre… and to all other involved business units to increase their efficiency.
