Maialen joins Equancy's Consulting practice as Director. Maialen is a digital, CRM and media expert with a hybrid agency/advertiser background. She began her career at Fullsix, a digital pure-player agency, before moving on to the Publicis group, where she carried out strategic digital transformation assignments for major accounts. She then joined the La Poste group to set up its new bank, Ma French Bank, as Director of Acquisition, Performance and CRM.
At Equancy, her role will be to develop digital transformation activities and acquisition and media strategy.

Anass Chouai joins Equancy as Data Director
Anass Chouai joins Equancy's Data teams as Director. Anass has forged his professional career within renowned technology consultancies such as Devoteam, Accenture, Micropole and Fujitsu. Over the past ten years, he has built up his expertise by supporting international groups in their Cloud and Data transformation projects.
As Data Director, he will be responsible for developing Equancy's Data activities in France and internationally, with a particular focus on the industrial sector. He will also help strengthen the firm's expertise in modern data platforms and improve Equancy's delivery capabilities for major transformation programs. Anass will also play a key role in the acceleration and strategic development of Equancy's technology partnerships.
With an engineering degree from Télécom Lille, a Master 2 from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and an MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne and IFG, Anass Chouai combines a solid academic background with proven practical expertise.
Alexis Rousset appointed Director of Impact Consulting
After 12 years' experience in data transformation consulting, notably with the Accenture and Kynapse groups, and currently Data Consulting Director at Equancy, Alexis Rousset has been appointed Impact Consulting Director.
He will be responsible for Equancy's Impact offering and will support the firm's clients in their transformation linked to CSR issues. In particular, he will manage ESG data projects (implementation of the CSRD, IA for impact), and support the transformation of clients' business models.
