Didier is in charge of our Data Consulting practice, which fuses Datamining, Webanalytics and IT consulting to deliver actionable insights from huge datasets, with a focus on CRM & Digital topics. With the benefit of more than 20 years’ experience of Data Intelligence, he advises world-famous brands across all industries and leading e-commerce players on building customer or online visitor segmentation and inventing new statistical methodologies to find, for example, ways of boosting revenues per customer, optimizing media mix, or personalizing online experience to improve online conversion. His clients include Nissan Europe, Accor, Lagardère, Voyages SNCF.com and Photobox. Didier joined Equancy ten years ago to set up Equancy’s Data practice. He has a PhD in Economics (specialized in econometrics).
